USER AGREEMENT POLICY
Welcome to Launy! Please read this agreement carefully before using our pickup and delivery laundry service. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
PAYMENT
Launy will authorize your card for the pickup and delivery fee upon scheduling your service. The full payment amount will be charged after the service is completed. If payment is not successfully processed, your laundry delivery may be withheld until payment is received.
We accept payment via credit card and other methods as specified on our website. By subscribing to our service, you agree that cancellations must be requested directly through our customer support team. Once a subscription is canceled, membership fees are non-refundable; however, you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our support team.
DATA PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Launy does not sell your personal information to third-party companies. We only collect personal data necessary for providing our services and enhancing your experience.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Launy provides its services "as is" without any warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee the quality of laundry services performed by the local businesses we partner with, nor do we ensure the accuracy or reliability of any information provided on our platform.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Launy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to issues related to the washing, handling, or delivery of your laundry.
Modification of terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to amend this User Agreement Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
