By accessing or using Launy’s website, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Launy Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Launy Platform.

The Services are available to users aged 18 or older residing in the United States.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Launy Platform indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Using Our Services

You can schedule Launy’s laundry services through our website or app. Third-party contractors may perform these services. To use the Services, you must:

Register for an account.
Provide accurate information, including a valid credit card for payments.
Keep your account secure and up-to-date.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Services are not available for individuals under 18 without supervision. Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in account termination.

Pricing and Payments

Launy charges based on the volume of laundry bags (13-gallon kitchen bag size) and has a minimum order price. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed via your registered credit card and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Damaged and Lost Items

Launy takes care when processing garments but is not liable for:

Inherent fabric weaknesses, color loss, shrinkage, or damage due to items left in pockets.
Any single damaged item beyond $25 or total damages exceeding $200.
Any single lost item beyond $25 or total losses exceeding $200.

Report damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery to ensure eligibility for compensation.

Pick-Up and Delivery

Launy is not responsible for items left in unsecured or unattended locations. Missed pickups may incur additional fees. Cancel pickups by 6 a.m. ET on the scheduled day to avoid charges.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Launy Platform to:

Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Launy Platform or other users.

Limitation of Liability

Launy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our liability for damaged or lost items is limited as specified above.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Launy Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
